Amazing quality and service

I am very happy with the final result, the quality of the printing is superb, although Royal Mail lost my first parcel, they did send me a new tshirt on a express delivery and it made it on time for my boyfriend's birthday. Thank you so much!

Print Alignment

I was provided a refund because two of the letters were not as they should have been which was apparently explained as being caused by the printer. Fair enough but why did nobody check before it was sent out? It was very noticeable, so no excuse for that. A real pity as the T-shirt is if good quality but despite the refund I still don't have the product that I wanted and ordered so I will now have to go elsewhere as I have no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. Suggest you improve your procedure for checking items before dispatching!
