Committed fraud and violated the *** regulations by not allowing the family to see price list as well as charging for services never rendered. My father ****** **** on **** *** 2018. He had a prearrangement with Forest Lawn from the 1970's. Funeral director never came in to meet with us. We were given service times that could not be accommodated, we were given only the second part of a three part agreement, no price list or selections were never gone over with us, fraudulent charges were noticed on the agreement for services never rendered (ex. charged for use of funeral home and services when we didn't even use.
